Hey BPSD; That is the 64$ question. If you were sure that the warrants would be in the money, then you might want to follow Harley's advice and exercise at $0.32 you are paying a three cent premium plus any other cost if you purchased the rights. You would have to keep in mind that the rights have a short time horizon and it takes quite a few to by shares.

You are also limited by how much capital you have on hand, you must pay up front for the shares that come with the rights, that is also true of the oversubscription rights.

If the price remains low I suspect most players will watch for events to unfold after the land sale and try and pick up shares cheap before they take off.

The other option is to buy shares now, and if the rights take off you can sell them.

Unfortunately all of these scenarios are groping in the dark, I think for most of us we just have to ask ourselves if we feel lucky.

In any event stay tuned, the game has just begun!!
