Some big money is still interested in this one. Anyone see
the two 250K block trades just before the closing bell.
Let's hope for some upside movement, soon, instead of this
lagging about. Anyways at a price/book value of around 2.4
this is cheap at current levels. Isn't the typical ratio
around 6-8 for this industry? Discounting the one time charge
for the recent acquisition, does the pe or peg look good too?

Thanks Andy, any closer and it would have bitten off my nose. The financials for NetEdge are not that exciting and i do not understand what happened to the stock offering (private) dollars that took place just this last summer. And it looks like the private shareholders took a real beating of 23 million dollars. I also would like to know if Larscom is honoring any stock agreements made between NetEdge and its holders. Or is this a sale "as is" with no strings attached? Gotta admit it is not easy examining the NetEdge filing, but it looks like Larscom did well with the acquisition.
