TPI TO PROVIDE SALES AUTOMATION SOLUTION FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (QMI) A DIVISION OF THE CANADIAN STANDARDS ASSOCIATION (CSA)

Transformation Processing Inc. (TPI and OTCBB: TPII) announced that it has
been engaged in providing a sales automation solution for QMI, a division of
the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

QMI is a global operation and North America's leading Management Systems
Registrar. QMI has certified thousands of companies to ISO 9000, QS-9000,
and ISO 14001.

TPI began its relationship with QMI in 1997 through conducting Sales Force
Automation demos and a discovery of QMI's business processes and workflow.
TPI will continue to implement and roll-out the market-leading Technology
Enabled Relationship Management solution, IntellAgent Control
(www.intellagents.com).

Gary G. McCann, TPI's Executive Vice President, states "We look forward to
