Thanks for that news, but it seems to me that Mr. Flinn wouldn't have bought 60,000 shares of LNET if he thought the ruling would go against them or if he thought it would hurt the company even if it did go against them. 60,000 shares is a pretty large direct purchase for this company and it's the first insider buying in quite a while.

I'm curious about your statement that Lodgenet is out of cash and into a $100 million line of credit. The last balance sheet that I can find on Edgar is dated September 97 and they had over $20 million in cash and no increase in debt from the previous period. What is the source of your information? Maybe Edgar doesn't have the latest balance sheet.
