Brad, the SSRI's (Zoloft, Paxil, and Prozac) can be very helpful for premature ejaculation. This is one example where the physician and patient can take advantage of a "side effect". The side effect in the case is anorgasmia (or delayed orgasm), and all SSRI's have it. Women usually complain about it, men don't. I have had some outstanding results with these medications for premature ejaculation. I have not tried low dose Trazadone for mild ED. What dose do you use? 50mg? Do they complain of becoming too tired to do anything? I do use low dose Trazadone (50mg) for insomnia sometimes.
