Thanks! One more ?, if you own shares and want to capture the dividend but then sell the stock, can you sell on the x dividend date, or the next trading day and still capture the dividend?

Right. I think cash was around $2.25 or a little less and they had liabilities exceeding assets (not counting cash assets) by about $6 million, so their book was around $2.00 (maybe I'm wrong). Yahoo has a pretty good display of the financials on the "profile" link that you can access after you get the quote.
