I don't remember the exact monthly charge but lets say it is $30/m.
With callbacks + the promise to support all popular apps + overhead,
a support analyst is going to cost the company $10k a month or so.

If these numbers are right, then each support person will have to
handle over 300 incidents a month for the company to break even.
Each incident will have to be researched and resolved in 30 minutes
for this to work.

It could work if they were supporting one in-house package.

But supporting other vendor's packages? I for one question the
sanity of this move.

As a shareholder it has me very worried.
