Brad, Thanks to you,Larry,and Russ for getting all of this work accomplished. It should be an interesting couple of weeks ahead. looks like the shareholders that have responded own about half the float. Probably will be some more names to add to the list as time goes on. With the completion of the Patriot deal and the companies financial reporting to be resolved in the near future, it will give all shareholders further insight into their investment. Will be interesting to watch the trading action of the stock over the next couple of weeks also to see if we have made a bottom here. IMO a lot of months of frustration are coming to fruition. Dave

See if you can find out what Sitra is paid. We all understand that PR is needed and must be paid for...but one way to find out what the company thinks about themselves is to see how much convertible stock they pay the PR guys. Make sure and ask if it's convertible stock that has not been counted in the current share totals. I've herd of PR firms shorting the stock or lending to a shorter so they can convert at a lower price to get more shares...almost as bad as RegS! I'm not wanting to sound like I think that any of this is happening at BANY...but if these issues can be answered without question, there is nothing to hold this stock down. No market maker in hell can do it without a float. When do we elect the first SI board member to BANY?
