What exactly are the charges? My read was that it was not science but trading and disclosure along with disclaimers on forward looking statements which were the issues. The lawyers I talked to all seemed to think that the Canadian rules are so practically impossible to comply it gives the exchange a chance to "pick nits" whenever it wishes. I'm glad to hear they have retained multiple legal advisors. This issue has been allowed to languish too long. JLA

Kim,

Do you have any information on the electronic trading issue? Are we correct in assuming that it will begin 4/1 ?

Bruce

Mr. Brasington: Has there been any word from management lately relative to the status of the pilot plant? I understood the delivery of equipment was expected this week. Is delivery still contemplated? Does the company still plan to have an active pilot operational by the AGM? As always, TIA for any information you may be able to share. JLA
