Beginning Monday, March 23, 1998, the FCC will move the LMDS
auction to 10 rounds of bidding per day. This schedule will
remain in effect until further notice.

Bid Increment:
At the conclusion of round 107 today, the exponential smoothing
formula will be changed as follows:

The variable N (minimum percentage increment) will be changed
from .10 to .15.
The variable M (maximum percentage increment) will be changed
from .20 to .25.
The absolute increment will remain at $ 0.00.

This change will be reflected in the minimum acceptable bids for
the first round of bidding Monday 03/23/98.
