That's right Tom. Integrion has a 10 year warrant giving them the right to buy ckfr stock at 20 15/16. Until they do, Checkfree receives no cash for the exercise of the warrants. However I am not sure and would have to check to see if once the warrants were in the money, Checkfree would have to treat the warranted shares as shares outstanding for the purposes of calculating per share earnings and consequently suffer a dilutive effect from that. I will be traveling this week, but will check this out and get back to you.

It's interesting to me that not everyone here favors a stock buyback, in case the stocks weakens from current levels. I guess the Board will be divided on the subject as well, if it comes to them.
