Okay. This may make me sound like a male chauvinist pig, but...

Both Ireland and Schroeder are married, and have been for a long time. Ireland also has a lesbian lover. My point is that it would appear that neither has been involved in the Dating Game, as it is conducted in real life, for many years. Generally speaking, people do not discuss proposed sexual moves before making them. The person who makes the first move is always taking something of a chance, and may well misinterpret the level of interest of the other.

Results can be...awkward. But assault? If the woman says No and the guy persists, okay. But Willey didn't say No (because she was shocked and surprised), and when she finally pushed Bill away he attempted nothing further. So in my view not assault. If any of it's true at all...
