I need a 700 Mhrz P II for video if the price is below $2000. For Video conference, the compression rate is important, the speed the data can be processed is as important.

Some people drive neon, some drive BMW. Some people have 27" Sony TV, some have 64" projection. Neon is good enough to take you where you want to go. 27" is good enough to let see what you want to see. The problem is more and more people are buy BMWs and 64" projections. I guess the point is if you have money you always want to buy the top line. if you don't have money you always buy low end product. One of characteristic of human is enjoyness. No one hates to enjoy. IF 700 mhz computer available right now I definitely go out buy one and put my II 300 for sell.
