Ron, I assume the land drillers will rise with the tide. Any thoughts, though, as to what crude price levels we will need to see before the cancelled or marginal land drilling projects come back on line?

My guess is that some of these independents which have slashed E&P budgets will wait to see whether higher prices hold before they take the plunge. If an ample supply of land rigs is stacked, their risk in waiting is relatively low.
