How many other companies does Ponte Vedra Partners invest in where the CFO has been charged with fraud, the ceo is in bankruptcy, the the head ir guy ran a bankrupt company, the head of its operating unit (mike membrado) is in personal bankruptcy and another key exec (eli eisenberg) ran a company into the ground. Don't you try to back companies with proven track records? Mr. Pink's fund does. That is why he is short. This gang has a proven track record--to fail. Now stop hyping your position with lies.
