I suggest that you dig a little deep yourself. FDIC is OK when you have less 1% of bank fails. If 5% banks fail, you will have VERY big federal deficit. With 20% fail, nobody know what will happen. It will be a big mistake to think that government solve all your problems.

What about it? On January 22, 1997, Intel sold for $76 and today it is about that or slightly less.

Why not consider 6 months ago - It is down 28%.

Why not consider two years ago - it is up 250%.

If you want a stock that only goes up, you made a big mistake in buying Intel.
