Henry: I spoke to my broker and also read the Nasdaq vendor alert in the entirety. Naxos is definitely on the list as "eligible" to trade electronically. I think your take on the matter was correct in that I don't think this means it will necessarily trade electronically. Its good news as we made the list. But, I think we need to resolve the ASC issue before we actually see electronic trading become a reality. JLA
