to all: some general observations. it is obvious that soundview is "shopping" the company. they haven't done anything else, but in a situation like this, the mahones who run the company probably offered them a bonus to sell: the higher the price the higher the bonus. when we value this pig, however, we had better use 11 million shares to be on the safe side for two similar reasons. first, these stupid financial wizards issued all of the equity based credit line, pulling the last portion down at close to $4!! holy @#%$ are they stupid or what? second, they will --surpirse surprise surprise -- grant themselves all of the options the shareholders gave them permission to 2.4 million! my guess is 200/11=18. while that pisses me off, i'll gladly take it. bye bye lisa and bobby; go back to working for big organizations where your "expertise" won't show and stink so badly.
