While looking for news to explain recent volume, I note that the 4th quarter and year report is about a month overdue. Not surprised, just wondering if anyone knew why. Tom

I spoke to them today Tom, they are actually releasing news this week. The IR guy could not be specific, but I was able to find out that they are in a LOT better position that they were in last year. The total shares are 4,000,000 with a 2,000,000 float. I called in an order for 10,000 shares at ask, was able to fill 4000 shares before MM's started playing games. I raised my bid to 3/32 and watched MM raise ask to 0.13, so be careful if you're thinking of averaging down.
