PT, folks are painting a rosy picture of Zulu saying it had not lied in the past or even "mis-stated" anything. While I'm sure you speak for some of the nuts that believe I'm trying to bring the stock down(is that a royal "We" being used in your post) , I just have to believe there are folks who would like to know some posters here are NOT truthful. Apparently you don't. If you wish to ignore the warning, fine, don't call the company, but what's wrong with suggesting that others should call and NOT take some of the silly posts made here as fact? I'll garuntee there are some folks here who would like to know, one way or the other. If you want an example of a silly post, look at yours, to suggest I'm trying to get the price down is simply silly and trying to confuse the issue. If you don't care about what I'm saying that's fine, I'm no evangelist, but it's not right to say the company has been above board all along. I think you know that.

I've made my point and am quite willing to let it die for now. Not trying to get the price down, I would like to see it keep rising and some good solid news come out. That would be excellent, because then it means the past history probably can be chalked up to "mistakes". Just don't try to get folks to ignore what has happened in the past, people will start making silly assumptions about why you're here!!

Well, I've been "at it" since 7:30 last night(wonder how I got 8 hours sleep in?) ;-) Don't take this stuff personally, it's really not meant to be though it is easy(for all of us) to sink to that.

[For those of you that are still reading the thread to gain better understanding in NETZ there is a question at the end of my post. I would appreciate any constructive comments. Thanx!]

FTJoe, BlackStar and who'd I miss?

Well, since you brought me into this...

The stock ain't going to get much cheaper, if cheaper at all.

It isn't about the price. It is about worth. If there is no company behind the NETZ ticker I won't touch the stock even if it fell to .001. If, on the other hand, there is something to NETZ (and there certainly may be that) I'd buy it into the multi dollars.

It's a damn near greedy what some of you folks are doing[...]

Bolstering a stock by repeating mantras or holding forth 'evidence' that later is proven to be a 'he said', could also be seen as greed. The greed of having ones own position revalued.

Do you think we who've got money into NETZ aren't aware of some glitches? [etc...]

If there is someone out there trying to 'save' poor Party here from his investment in NETZ I implore you to stop immediately. We're all big boys (and girls) here! 'Buyer beware' is the motto on the gates to the BB...

You constantly heap negativity. And now it's suggested that we call the company to see whether you're right.

Geez! Some people actually look in both directions before crossing a street - to check if it's safe, you know? I am impressed that you have managed to stay alive long enough to start investing.

Most of us don't put our heads in between the lions jaws and go 'cool!'. We would at least want to know the lions intentions before trying. (hey tahoe! See - my analogy module is back online again! :)

What ilks me the most about many of your posts (some are good) is that you are not even trying to understand... It is not about converting people, it is about understanding the company. Most do that by asking sometimes tough questions. Not letting people do that is childish.

The question. The ESVS 8-K states that ESVS and NETZ jointly are to engage 'as soon as possible' in raising $5 mil. The 8-K goes on to state that should 'enough' money be acquired, then Duckman, DeBarge (sp?) and Netvest will be 'reimbursed'. Does anyone have any idea why NETZ and ESVS needs $5 mil in flash and how much ESVS owes the above mentioned?
