Book value is not always the same. The problem is what are the assets in the company. When one company buys another the amount they pay over the "real" assets such as plant, property, inventory, equipment etc. is shown as goodwill. Also known as blue sky and sometimes wild ass guess of future value based on hopeful technology, future deals or faith in the company, synergy or whatever.

That is the real question. On the face it looks great, but...

I have not done dd on this company. I have been watching its swings and not ready to put down my hard earned $$$. Only have so much and I am overextended already.

Good Luck

Robert
