It seems like your the sucker. Your ticked because Tom didn't talk to you and you sold prematurely. Its simple, Tom went through an incredible amount of B.S. getting this company back on track. He is not about to lose his company again. The worst is over. No debt, tax write off, no R&D. I have had ny differences with Tom over the years, but it will not effect my common sense.
