Concentric Network Delivers Higher Bandwidth Speeds in an Expanded Service
Coverage Area With NorthPoint Data Delivery Systems
CUPERTINO, Calif., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Concentric Network Corp.

today announced a strategic marketing alliance with NorthPoint Communications,
a San Francisco Bay Area competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC).
Concentric Network will deploy NorthPoint's network and support systems to
enable a broader range of bandwidth speeds for small to medium size business
networks in the Bay Area, with the potential to leverage NorthPoint technology
on a nationwide basis in the future. NorthPoint is one of several DSL
wholesalers that Concentric has interconnection agreements with to provide low
cost and reliable service to businesses.

installation fee for the first 50 Concentric customers, for a total
installation cost of only $440.
