Citizen is not an OEM for Vapor! It is a licensee. Citizen, along with Matsushita, will build its own Vapor! drives and possibly sell them in its own devices. Any $$$ made will be split between the companies. This will dilute any profits (if any) Iomega could have realized.

It seems Iomega is getting pretty desperate about getting Vapor! out the door, and is not able to keep Vapor! a proprietary Iomega device. So, a possible list of licensees is probable, a European one, a separate French one, a Chinese one, a Korean one, and American. Iomega will have to split profits with each of these in the host countries.
