FYI,
just wanted to let everyone know that it's getting hard to order a G6-333... I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and was hoping to get my system for this week-end. Since no cow boxes showed up, I called and the estimated shipping date is now april 13 (they claim that they are out of processors). That's a total of five weeks. I guess I don't have any choice here but that's kind of unexpected. Does this means good sales or bad job by Intel <G>

to all: i expect gtw to meet or beat expectations. the stock should trade up on now warning. if they warn now then they have reclaimed the top spot of sleaze management and put micron in second place. for the moment, that is...

however, i can't imagine their forward looking statement being all too good. cpq and ibm are playing hard ball right now. but, you never know. i've seen them do worse. i wonder if they are putting expenses aside and not including them so that they can "one time charge" them. i heard that is the current rave on wall sweet nowadays...
