Hello, Louie. Thank you for the info. I am wondering if Bruce mentioned specifically about the DBCO deal. DBCO stock has been slipping along with ECGOF. It looks like there is a lot of concerns about whether the deal can be consummated.

The "expectation" which was missed was MANAGEMENT'S $1.20, repeatedly "confirmed" right up until the results were announced. The cause of the miss was NOT because an analyst was using the wrong currency.
