Things are improving for SSTI. The Atmel judgement was a real positive and should pave the way for a complete resolution to the Atmel lawsuits (they also have a domestic suit). The Intel lawsuit is not even expected to go to trial. The Samsung deal announced today sounds good. Much like the TSMC deal done last year. Not only do you get better manufacturing capabilities and license revenue, but for investors like me, it is further validation of SST's technology. Conference call today at 3:30 CST.
