mr. pedroli: you should reread the S- 8. it relates to registering option shares, not to a secondary offering. if ccur were interested in selling shares to the public, it would have numerous giddy analysts frothing at the mouth to recommend it. a curious paradox, no? not when you factor in paychecks. but since you are gone -- good bye, hope you made some money. if you don't mind, i'll eat what you just left on the table. red beans and ricely yours,
