Looking at last year's earning reports Q3 10Q on 2/4 Q4 10K on 6/5 This year's Q3 10Q was on 1/15, so if last year is any indication we won't see the 10K until mid May. I was going to email IR to get a firm date, but there was no e-mail address at their web site. I recently bought into SEEC too after some DD and I think this will fly soon. Taking this opportunity to accumulate. Y2K crisis should drive sales through the roof over the next few quarters. Good luck all! Pete
