Ivan The acronym ACT is a puzzle to me. Have checked the manual & my notes - nada. Doug gave me some dates, but I don't know what to do with them. Wondering if it is a concept that has come up since the seminar? I have not read the thread for some time (picked up your message on a SEEK search), so if there is a post you or anyone can direct me to, to find "the ACT", that would be helpful. Otherwise, it's amazing how much you go on learning, and it all started with Doug. Good wishes to all. Dorothy
