DJ: Teltran International Named U.S. Refile Hub for OzEmail Interline's
Internet Telephony Service

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1998--Teltran International Group Ltd.
(OTCBB:TLTG) Monday announced that OzEmail Interline PTY, a subsidiary of
OzEmail Limited (NASDAQ:OZEMY) has completed testing of Teltran's U.S. hub
that will enable Interline to deliver Internet telephone calls to over 200
countries worldwide.
Teltran will serve as the U.S. hub for Interline's Internet refile traffic
terminating domestic and international calls to destinations where the
Interline network does not have a local gateway. Telephone calls into the
Teltran hub will originate from Interline's affiliates around the world,
which currently include companies in the U.S., Japan, Hong Kong, South
Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany.
"This agreement will strengthen Teltran's position in the international
telecommunications arena giving us an entry into the exciting world of
Internet telephony," said Byron Lerner, Teltran's chief executive officer.
"Until today, Interline affiliates were limited in the number of countries
where they could terminate traffic. Now Interline and its affiliates can
offer their customers inexpensive, high quality international long distance
service to more than 200 countries."
"We are excited to complete this crucial phase of our global VoIP rollout,"
added Michael Neville, chief executive officer of Interline. "We needed to
demonstrate, for our affiliates, a refile hub that provides broad
international coverage, robust network systems and competitive pricing.
Teltran's systems demonstrated the needed performance and security."
"Acting as Interline's U.S. hub will give us a solid presence in the
Internet Telephony Industry," commented Lerner. "Teltran has a strong focus
on working with our customers to deliver unique telecommunications
solutions. We look forward to serving the needs of Interline as they build
their market position in this newly emerging industry."
The Teltran network is equipped to meet the needs of its customer base using
Summa Four, Lucent and DMS switches to connect to its international and
domestic carriers. Teltran constantly monitors its carriers to provide its
customers with the lowest possible rates for fiber optic transport around
the globe while not sacrificing quality. The Teltran network supports all
signaling types, including SS7, to dramatically reduce call set-up time.
Licensed by the FCC as a global facilities-based common carrier, Teltran
offers a full range of telecommunications services including domestic and
international long distance, fax broadcast services, calling card programs
and satellite communications.
