Hmm. I wonder - BTW it should not be too difficult to find the Nasdaq co - as outstanding shares have been disclosed ?? - anyone fresh to a little digging there ??

Could someone explain the creative accounting in the two releases this AM ? We've been told that net after tax revenue in 1997 was approximately $2.2M. These releases say post-merger EPS is $.36 on 12M shares = $4.3M. Doesn't add up.

Be careful out there.
