Jens, Imagine you were a shareholder in the NASDAQ company. They have probably not yet reported their 10-K for 1997, so most shareholders could be unaware that the NASDAQ company is in jeopardy of falling into a "delisting" status.

Then news comes out of the blue that an OTC:BB company is merging with your company and "taking over," so to speak.

You first 2 phone calls are probably to your broker and to the company CEO.

I'm sure the NASDAQ company would like to present a favorable situation to their shareholders rather than have them hear it from other sources.

It makes sense to me.

And for me, as a FAMH shareholder, I don't want ANYTHING to create a potential problem for this process.

I have been involved in situations like this numerous times. You just don't want to upset the apple-cart needlessly.

But, again, I agree with you that we are always "curious." :-)

Best wishes,
Brad

Mr. Jens Tingleff,

According to this post from someone who talked to the company (FAMH) it does sound like it would be better to keep the information private.

Message 3806392

I just think it is best to wait until Firamada is able to release the information at the appropriate time.

Cheryl

Jens, of course I'm curious! I don't know about the particulars, but I do know that at times in all negotiations, sensitivity and privacy are important.
