To all: Looks good this afternoon; it even looks like that perhaps we're having a key reversal day with a re-testing of lows in the morning, and the stock clawing it's way up from there on above average volume. Things should be hunky-dorey if we close up on the higher volume; that would be big-time significant, IMO. Here's hopin', anyway. Anaxagoras

Jeff I have been on the level II since the open. From a technical view, what happened this morning is EXTREMELY healthy for vivus shareholders. We tested our 52 week low with no significant breakdown. Volume is strong. As I type this we are at 10 5/16 X 10 3/8. Todays trading sends a CLEAR message to the shorts. Last one covered is a rotten egg. Looks like we will close on the upside. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO VIVUS!!!!! PS Genesis Merchant puts their money where there mouth is. They have been buying the hell out of vivus all day.
