Matty, Ozemail was not bought-out by Zulu-Tek or anyone else. It's ADRs trade under the symbol OZEMY (and are up nicely 2 3/4 today to 16, near a break-out level). Neither did Zulu-tek buy "the" Ozemail technology. They apparently bought something from them, but, as usual, they are being coy about just what it is. Obviously, something OZEMY didn't feel they had much of a use for. ;) OZEMY is a large Austrialian ISP, which has distinguished itself for it's forrays into various innovative technologies, the latest one being voice-over-IP. (Which is what this press release is about.)
