Matty, Ozemail was not bought-out by Zulu-Tek or anyone else. It's ADRs trade under the symbol OZEMY (and are up nicely 2 3/4 today to 16, near a break-out level).

Neither did Zulu-tek buy "the" Ozemail technology. They apparently bought *something* from them, but, as usual, they are being coy about just what it is. Obviously, something OZEMY didn't feel they had much of a use for. ;)

OZEMY is a large Austrialian ISP, which has distinguished itself for it's forrays into various innovative technologies, the latest one being voice-over-IP. (Which is what this press release is about.)
