Just got off the phone with Mr. Brommer...real nice sincere guy.

As far as earnings go, HNLY has 45 days after March 31st to post their earnings. Hence HNLY will post audited financials and will file the terms of the dealings with the investment bank etc. with the SEC.

So we can all read about it then. Until then all you investors should just keep your pants on!

As for the price of HNLY: the reason that was given...and which makes good sense to me, is: HNLY's former PR firm was shorting HNLY. HNLY found this out and told them to stop or else they would get the SEC involved. Hence if that did not happen HNLY would probably be around 1.5 - 1.75 a share.

According to what HNLY has told Jeff B., HNLY WILL be profitable! Given that, I would think that HNLY should get to over a 1.00 pretty easy once the earnings are released especially given such a small float.

As far as a reverse split...lets be logical. HNLY's float is approx 2.8 million shares outstanding. To be listed on the nasdaq they would have to reverse split 10 to 1. Hence you would only have 280,000 shares for the public to trade. Lets get serious!

So there you have it. This is a great company...stick with it and you'll have some nice returns, BUT do not think you will make a 100% ROR tomorrow. For those of you that got in around .70 you can either sell now and lose your money or you can stick with it...but I would avgerage down my self.

GO HNLY!
