To all: Why is this stock such a dog? Why if this is a key player in the e-commerce sector we haven't seen a significant move like other e-commerce players? thanks, Mandinga

My Understanding of the Banc One Pilot is as follows : - Remember this is a small internal Pilot (employee) with First Card Credit Card (of course FDC already process First Card's CC). - The first step will be triggered by the CC statement (FDC), through MSFDC will be presented to the Pilot customers (though Banc One's web site). - The next step will be Bill Payment initiated by the Pilot customer. This transaction will be processed in Herndon and then Atlanta. Payment will be sent to (FDC), for the CC payment. Transations will be initially received by Herndon (for member Banks), payments will be forwarded to Atlanta for processing. Benny(Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is best guess)
