Didn't I just read that GE Capital had just bought out an Asian Finance company? I think they might be seeing regional opportunity.

I've been researching TSEMF. It just keep dropping and has fallen well below BV. With their strong cash position, .30 last Q, and renewal of contracts, they look far better than the .50-.60 projections for '98.

Can anyone give me a reason for the falloff other than tech bailout?

GE capital may not, but a spinout of GE capital is COMDISCO. They might.
