There shouldn't be too much additional cost for marketing/sales because IDTI is primarily using their existing sales force and is not doing extensive consumer level advertising. A portion of the ramp-up costs will not be expensed. The facilities cost should be amortized out but the costs of hiring new people will have to be expensed. Brian said a while back that IDTI felt comfortable with the street estimates but did not expert a large surprise to the upside. Production rates, etc. seem to be pretty well in line with what was expected, so I don't think there should not be much down-side risk to that still being the case.

What I expect is a good, solid growth quarter that helps to lay the groundwork for further growth later this year and next but no big surprises.
