Michael,

What it amounts to, was in exchange for Ozmail Web Wide Media, SIM gave Ozmail a substantial equity stake in SIM. I believe the details are shown in the statement of Ozmails 1st quarter results posted in May 1997. Looks like Ozmail owns 7.25% of SIM, but that's speculation at this time until we see financials.

In March, 1997 the Web Wide Media partnership with British Sky Broadcasting ("BSkyB") was terminated upon an agreement by BSkyB to assign its interest in the partnership to the Company, in order for the Company to execute a transaction with Softbank Interactive Marketing Inc.("Softbank") of the United States. The transaction entailed the transfer of the assets of the Web Wide Media business to Softbank in return for the issue of 7.25% of the total share capital of Softbank.
