Financial reporting is a big one, IMHO. Anytime a company's management has to go back and restate earnings for a previous quarter, it is very bad for their credibility. I think the investment community has near zero respect for RGFX's management. Additionally, I think everyone was mislead by management about their new piezo printer, which didn't sell well because there wasn't good media to use with it. To add insult to injury, there has been a persistant pattern of insider selling while the stock price was inflated. This is the basis for the class action securities lawsuits, one of which I have volunteered to serve as a lead plaintiff for.
