That is right!!! When the price is low TA's say stay away from this stock, as they buy all they can. When the price rises now they upgrade this stock and say BUY BUY!! What a bunch of jerks! I do my own TA and I buy my own stock and have done extremely well. I have Orcl and will hold for LT. Average $23.12.......It should do well now that the company is back on track and in focus.. When did ML upgrade ORCL??? I didn't hear this. They only have a one year target of $34. Was there an upgrade todya.
