The Press Release should have stated that the $.36 EPS is PROJECTED for 1998 (which is in the realm of possibility). But instead it stated: <<Firamada said its 1997 revenues will be the sole basis for calculating the post-merger EPS.>> This talks ONLY about FAMH and ONLY about 1997. I don't buy the argument that the press release makes sense by including additional acquisitions. I'll accept that the $.36 is meant to apply to 1998, but the press release is misleading at best. I wish this company would be more careful before putting things in print. Be careful out there.
