I read that piece, and I was tempted to e-mail him a news clip from Sunday asking whether that was a sufficient reason to buy. Good judgement (a quality I rarely display with jerks) prevented me from doing it.

if you were a fund dude and had bought osx last week on the borrom and sold out today for 17% you could put the rest of your fund into bonds and end up with a yr end position of 22%. I'd say that would beat the DOW this year.
