To All - JUST

Let me preface this by saying that I have no connection with this company, nor even own a piece of it - I can't afford to right now. I came across it while I was researching something else and it caught my attention, and since people here have so kindly shared research with me, I wanted to pass this along to anyone who might be interested.

Please know that I have NO experience at this - my background is law and administration. This company just caught my eye for several reasons:

1. Court decision on licensing issue decided in their favor in August 1997;

2. Licensing extensions in early 1998 with big names...Spalding, Word Wrestling Federation, etc.

3. A showroom reportedly has been/will remain at a Fifth Avenue location in NYC. Moving to new headquarters close by.

4. They've been around for a while, and I'm familiar with their toys.

5. Inexpensive (currently $1.00 a share)

Here is some info I dug up:

As I mentioned, I'm new at this, so your feedback/comments would be much appreciated.

Hope this is useful to someone.
