Dennis, hello Happy to have an dictionary of american slang and colloquial expressions so I found out what HOWDY means. Happy to enlarge my american besides making (I hope) some money. I think that you are right and the stock should go up till (and I hope after) the 16 April. There is a lot of volumen today. 300 units means if all are sold, sales of 8 M. This would be a nice indication that the NCP System is widely accepted and so all hopes would be permitted. We shall see.
