"Total System Services is the world's second-largest processor of credit, debit, commercial and private label cards (New Jersey-based First Data is No. 1)"

Now think about this.....FDC is the largest processor of credit, debit, commercial and private label cards in the world..

Goodie, goodie from them! How many of the other Billers are going to turn their corporate customers over to an FDC branded service MSFDC?

I don't know about how you run your businesses, but I try not to let any of my competitors get their foot in the door with my clients.

Might explain why CheckFree nabbed them up?

CheckFree is neutral to all the Nations Largest Billers...

Whereas FDC is most likely a fierce competitor to more than a few large billers. And because of that...I don't see them running away with any of the 'Big Boys'.

And the Killer could be 'presentment' in QuickBooks...then they wouldn't get the small ones either.
