Lafike, when I get back, I'll post the links or send them to you in a private message. Basically, as evidenced today, the chances of the stock IMO to be fairly valued fairly soon on this exchange is very little. The conversion of 4 to 1 in this reverse merger also converts the eps and other fundamentals, as well as shrink the float. I'm all for it. Jin.

Lafike, I have followed this thread from November 1997 and had been a shareholder from November to last week. I dumped at .63 because I feel that this "merger" is nothing short of a reverse split. What do you think???????" I think you made yourself a nice sum of money in 4 months and did what you had to do for your comfort level and to sleep at night. The one's here still holding are looking for flying pigs ;) and cruises. Its smart to take profits, and if you trade like Jane you can always sell at the top and get right back in at the very low...like a magician.. but not all of us have such skills.. so the peons of FAMH are just holding.
