garyb, the question is moot IMO. The ticker will remain the same since FAMH will own 100 percent of the shell. The target isn't doing any business so the only fundamentals will come from FAMH. The newly formed entity will be FAMH as it is now, with a higher eps, smaller float, etc. A conservative valuation will boad good for all shareholders IMO. Even if initially the price remains the same or lower, it will bounce straight up in a blink of the eye IMO.
