Bill,
JMO, but STD Lead Fire Assay shouldn't need to be "approved" by anyone. The bigger question is weather or not there is any pre-processing that has to be done to the ore. It is my understanding that these tests are being done on raw ore.

Mr. Schwertley, I do not know what the approval path is for acceptance of assay results. But for our purposes, the market needs to approve it most of all. At this point in time, knowing that Naxos is trading on the BB and has an OK to proceed to electronic, I can only assume that the case was made to NASDAQ, the information reviewed and Naxos got the nod to keep proceeding with what they have been doing. Beyond that maybe Mark, Henry or Kim could help with the real details of NASDAQ approval, if any, of assay results. But as I said, what we lack and what Naxos of working very hard to aquire is MARKET acceptance of the numbers. And working with top notch labs is a great way to get to that point.

Regards,

Tom F.
